You might want to rethink having Atlanta Falcons quarterback Michael Vick on your fantasy football team this year, or in the next six years after that. See, Vick's been indicted on several charges relating to dog fighting at a property he owned in suburban Virginia. It's pretty serious, too. The charges add up to six years in prison, should he be found guilty in federal court.
Vick and two of his friends are on trial for allegedly holding professional dog fighting tournaments, complete with illegal gambling, and then torturing and killing the animals, also on site. They are alleged to have shot, hung, drowned, and even electrocuted these animals.
We at TheFeed sincerely hope that, if Vick is found guilty (and there's a lot of evidence that says he is) he goes to jail for a long, long time. The way those dogs were tortured is kinda sick, and dog fighting culture is a blight on our society.
Also, Michael Vick is overrated. Just sayin'.
