Now, let’s get into some bold, daring, and forum-incinerating Sony news!
SCEE president David Reeves told Gamesindustry.biz that the PS3 will conquer the next-generation console market by March 2008, outselling the Wii and the 360 within nine months.
Reeves said, "Playstation 3, you will see, will be far and away the winner when you look at it by March ’08. They really, really will."
"It’s something that is going to be a slow burner, and suddenly it’s like a tsunami; it will just overtake you," he also added.

Reeves also disagreed with the Xbox 360 dominating during this coming holiday season. "I honestly don’t think that just having the games on Xbox 360 is enough," he said.
TheFeed believes that Mr. Reeves could possibly be experiencing one of the following: confidence, arrogance or hallucinations. We honestly disagree with you Mr. Reeves. You mean to tell us that people won’t consider buying an Xbox 360 when Halo 3 and Mass Effect both come out? You don’t that people wouldn’t enjoy playing Smash Bros. Brawl online with the Wii?
We’re excited about Heavenly Sword and Ratchet and Clank Future this year, but that doesn’t mean we’re going to overlook other great games. We’ll see if we'll get to prepare our wetsuits for the ‘tsunami’ next year.
