Italian researchers took a break from eating pasta fagiole and enjoying their culture to design a videogame that responds to players' heart-rates. The game become more or less difficult based on how fast your blood is pumping.
It works by having players strap on a heart monitor and going to town. The primtive space shooter and Breakout-style game pictured in this demo video doesn't look like any fun at all, but you have to think of the possibilites.
