So iWeek has begun and we know you can't wait to hear all about it. Apparently, FedEx will be handling the shipments and will deliver the heavily anticipated tech in two man (or woman) teams with one to carry the box and the other to fend off criminals. The iPhones will supposedly sit at local FedEx sorting facilities before being brought to Apple and AT&T stores on Friday shortly before the 6:00pm launch time. If you were planning on breaking in somewhere and stealing some you should scrap your plans to hit the store and check out the FedEx warehouse. Don't do that, though.
Details have also emerged regarding iPlan, the data plan to accompany the iPhone. Supposedly, the data plan will run you between $34 and $44 a month and give you unlimited EDGE access. It is unclear if the plan will include 2000 or unlimited text messages. This does not include a voice plan which start at $30 a month. Expect to pay around $100 each month for the privilege of using the iPhone.
And don't forget... This Friday catch Attack of the Show! at 7PM ET for LIVE iPhone coverage from both coasts, the first iPhone review and more. Then, instead of waiting in line, watch FREE STUFF at 10PM ET/ PT on Friday for your chance to win a free iPhone!
