TheFeed has The Price is Right on the brain today. Not only is it one of our favorite hours of daily television, but it has a special place in our hearts for just being that awesome.
Although for awhile we thought that Bob Barker was a robot and wasn't getting any older, he was aging this whole time!! Finally, after 50 years in television, 35 of those on The Price is Right, Barker is watching the last person pass the showcase with the car and get the one with the stupid dining set.
The last episode of TPIR, which was taped yesterday, will run on June 15th in its regular daytime slot and will also replay in the evening.
It has not yet been confirmed if, as part of his last hurah, Bob made any women reach into his "Magic Pocket" (remember that little gem?) and/or had to spin the wheel for an elderly woman who was not tall enough to reach it.
Gosh darn it, that show was so cool. It was hard enough when Rodd Roddy died, who knows what it'll be like now that Bob's gone.
