The weeks prior to E3 are a stew of videogame rumors as everyone begins to slowly speculate about what will be talked about during the conference.
The lastest rumor is that Nintendo will be unveiling a new external hard drive for the Wii. Right now, the system only has 512 MB of internal memory and an SD slot, which severely limits its capability to hold files.
Rumors of an external hard drive have been floating around for awhile; however, they've been reignited by SNK's recent announcement that they will be bringing some of their Neo Geo games to the Virtual Console, which would require more memory than the Wii currently has.
