Already irrelevant American Idol winner Jordin Sparks is caught in a little bit of a tangled web she wove herself.
The young songstress claimed during interviews with American Idol that she was a wunderkind who had never had any formal voice training. Now, vocal coach Melissa Black is speaking out, claiming that she guided Sparks through "nine months of intense vocal training" back in 2004.
Black admits that she's "hurt" by Sparks's oversight and wishes that the American Idol would have at least admitted to taking lessons, even if the specific instructor was not mentioned.
However, we here at TheFeed believe that people probably shouldn't expect anything more from someone who parades around saying their name is "Jordin Sparks."
