Ooooh, we are SORELY tempted to make fun of Kirsten Dunst for choosing her first directorial project from the pages of US Weekly, but TheFeed doesn't like to shoot fish in a barrel. At any rate, the actress has been given a boatload of money to direct a short, and it's going to be a ghost story submitted by one of US Weekly's readers.
Once asked to talk about the project, Dunst namechecks people like Roman Polanski, which is kind of creepy on many levels. And, yet, she wants to make a Rosemary's Baby-style film, claiming that people 'don't make movies like that anymore.' We have hope, though, We have Dunsty.
