Miss USA found out the hard way that it's almost impossible to walk in high heels and not take a spill every once and awhile.
While walking out on stage at the Miss Universe pageant, Miss USA Rachel Smith slipped and fell onto the stage. While she picked herself up with all the grace and poise of a beauty queen, Smith did not escape ridicule for her misstep.
The judges were lenient, but the audience in Mexico City booed her so loud during the question and answer portion, you could hardly hear the crap she was spouting about working at Oprah's school for girls in South Africa.
