It is becoming the place where television goes to die. Monday night at 10PM, on NBC. The death spot. It's claimed another victim. The Real Wedding Crashers, which was an abysmal excuse for a television show, has met its demise. And not a moment too soon. After three airings, it's dead in the water, following Studio 60 and The Black Donnellys down the rabbit hole of failure.
On a side note, I personally know a couple who got married as part of the show. When the wedding was over and the producers of the show revealed the hoax, the guests were escorted out of the wedding, and there was no reception. Isn't that delightful? Then, the groom's mother stood up at the ceremony and said that they'd ruined their lives by mortgaging their wedding day just to get on television. What a hoot!
