Once in awhile TheFeed is thrust into the limelight. Like when we broke that story that Jared Leto hates blogs, or when we were at the forefront of the Aquagate 2007 controversy. Or like right now, when news broke that TheFeed’s own writer and head of production Joe Lynch (also the director of the upcoming Wrong Turn 2 and about a zlllion rad music video) is getting married by none other than punk icon Henry Rollins himself.
“You don't understand how honored Briana and I are to have ‘Rev’ Henry making an honest couple out of us," Lynch told TheFeed. " We didn't want ANYONE else to be the officiant, not even Jesus Christ himself (who was actually booked). Seriously, who better than Rollins to make this the epitome of a Punk Rock Wedding?
Rollins, who stars in the aforementioned Lynch horror flick, said this of our own boy Joe:
“He’s a wonderful guy. I am marrying Joe and his fiancée on April 21. I’m writing and performing the ceremony. Joe asked me and I said, ‘Damn Joe, that’s a hell of a thing.’ He and his wonderful fiancé Bri talked about it and said they couldn’t find anyone else to do it. I said, ‘Man I can’t say no to that, I wouldn’t dare.’ So I’ve written this thing I really like and I wrote Joe the other day, saying, ‘Would you like me to send it to you, so you can make sure it’s ok?’ and he wrote me back, ‘No, I want to be surprised, I trust you.’”
Now the real question is, how much did Joe have to pay Henry to say those gushingly nice things about him?!?!?
