France is the greatest country on earth. Here's a bullet pointed list of French things that are better than their American counterparts:

  • Art
  • Film
  • Politics
  • Culture
  • Food
  • Bestowing the Chevalier de l'Ordre des Arts et de Lettres title to legendary game developer Peter Molyneux.

That's right, the creator of groundbreaking videogames Populous, Fable and Black and White is now an honest-to-God knight.

"I am extremely proud to have received this honor," said Molyneux before climbing on his majestic steed to fight for mi'lady's honor. "I see this as a credit for everyone at Lionhead Studios, all our games are a team effort. I am just the figurehead. It is fantastic to see videogames honoured in this way," he added.
