iTunes, You Complete Me

Posted March 30, 2007 - By JLawson

How annoying is it when you buy a single on iTunes one day and then a week later you buy the album without receiving credit for the tracks you have already purchased?!

Damn annoying!

Finally this lacking feature has been solved by the fine folks at iTunes. Dubbed "Complete My Album," iTunes will now start crediting you 99 cents for each track off a given record, with the reduced price showing up on a special page dedicated to the new service.  Keep in mind though that you will only have 180 days from the purchase of the single to receive credit.

Being that iTunes has been providing the ability to purchase music since its inception, why the hell did it take so long for them to figure this one out?
