Relax, everyone. You're going to be able to see Grindhouse after all. The MPAA, in their infinite wisdom (read: 'money at stake') has agreed to give the already-brilliant film an R rating, though they were recently threatening an NC-17. This means that the film will be able to open wide, as opposed to being kept out of theaters and places that refuse to show NC-17 films.
In other good Grindhouse news, the first look at Rob Zombie's Halloween will be one of the trailers for the movie when it gets released on April 6th. Zombie, who also did one of the faux trailers in between Death Proof and Planet Terror, is doing a remake of the slasher classic, which should be out, well, this Fall.
