The Beatles' record label, EMI, is denying rumors that the legendary band's music is about to be made available online.

In response to UK download site Wippit claiming it would be the first to sell the songs on the web, EMI to issue a statement denying the deal and demanded the download site remove its claims.

A possible union with iTunes was reported last month after the band's own label Apple Corps settled a long-running trademark dispute with Apple Inc, though nothing is official yet…

…nothing except how awesome I am.
