Why can’t 50 Cent, The Game, Dipset and all these other feuding rappers take a cue from the nerdcore sect and release the beef?
Nerdcore rap titans MC Chris and Feed fave YTCracker have squashed their beef and gone public with the ending of their battle.
The rivalry seems to have started when MC Chris started distancing himself from the Nerdcore scene in interview, and YT called him out over it. After mud mudslinging, Chris finally apologized on his MySpace site and YT followed.
“I feel really proud of everybody and all the press they're getting,” MC Chris wrote of the burgeoning scene. “Some of these folks come to my shows and have been fans for a while. I think YTCracker's obviously a great promoter and kinda brilliant with his business. Anyone that can stay in the black has my respect.”
YTCracker responded on his MySpace site: “In a surprising and articulate fashion, Chris basically extended his hand and apologized to the entirety of the Nerdcore scene, citing reasons for his reluctance and his plans to change for the future. This was unnecessary for him to do, but he obviously felt compelled to do it anyway, and for that I respect him. Therefore, I retract any negative statement I ever made about him…I will apologize in advance for my actions in the past.”
And there you go. Now we can all nerd out together in peace and harmony.
