The new Good Charlotte single, "The River," features special guests Avenged Sevenfold's M. Shadows and Synyster Gates.
The track is off the first single from Good Charlotte's upcoming fourth studio album, Good Morning Revival, due out March 20 via Epic Records.
"We've been friends with Avenged for a long time. This wasn't planned, but it ended up working out," Good Charlotte singer Joel Madden said in a statement. "We were sitting around listening to some new music and they liked that song so we asked them to jump on. It felt right and sounded really cool. Aside from being friends of ours, we're also fans of their music and since this is our first collaboration, we couldn't be happier that they're a part of our record."
The Avenged boys also appear in the video for "the tune, which was shot last week in Los Angeles with director Marc Webb.
I appear in no videos by anyone, but once shot a video of me having sex with a fat chick I was boning.
