Korn recently shot on episode of MTV's Unplugged and were joined Evanescence's Amy Lee sang on "Freak on a Leash." Lee also joined the band for a mash-up of Korn’s "Make Me Bad" and the Cure's "In Between Days" that also featured all four members of legendary goth band -- singer Robert Smith, guitarist Porl Thompson, bassist Simon Gallup and drummer Jason Cooper. Additionally, former Oingo Boingo keyboardist Richard Gibbs served as musical director for the 15-song set.

The airdate for the episode is February 10 online and  February 17 on TV.

In related news, drummer David Silveria is taking a "temporary hiatus" from the band.

He released a one-sentence statement that read simply, "I just need a break right now."

Fair enough.

The band should have a new album out in June on Virgin and are expected to tour via another edition of their Family Values tour.
