Foxy Brown was summoned to court yesterday after being accused of violating her probation from her 2004 nail salon fight.
Brown, 26, was sentenced to probation after pleading guilty to misdemeanor assault charges in August for kicking one employee and smacking a second in the face in an argument over payment for a manicure at Bloomie Nails.
But it seems the feisty rappers has a problem with keeping appointments with her probation officers, showing up for mandated anger management classes and submit to drug tests.
Brown "is flouting the court-ordered conditions of her probation," said an attorney for the city Department of Probation. "She's asked for special treatment. She's told us, `I'm not like them (others on probation).'"
It’s true. She is not like them. Regular, average law abiding citizens, that is. They have to actually stick to the conditions of their probation, whereas Foxy gets to dodge it, and then play games with the court through her high powered lawyers while she cavorts merrily around in recording studios and on stage and gets higher than a kite. Well, you know what I’ve learned about courts over the years? Much like rappers, they don’t like to disrespected and f**ked with.
Girl, you goin’ to jail again…
