Sam Raimi has signed on to a project that would see him uniting the great heroes of pulp comics in one feature. The Shadow, Doc Savage, and The Avenger are just a few of the great heroes that would be featured in the story. These great unheralded heroes certainly derserve some love, and it would be nice to see a revitalization in the pulp world.
Of course, this is just a rumor. Word is that Sam Raimi is working on tons of projects these days, and also inventing a car that runs of air, so we'll see if this is real or not. I, for one, certainly hope so.
