Anyone who’s been waiting for just the right moment to buy that new HDTV, that moment has just arrived. On Friday, Wal-Mart announced that it is cutting its prices on electronics, in some cases dramatically so, in order to get a jump start on the holiday shopping season.

Just one example of the HUGE SAVINGS in store for holiday shoppers: A Panasonic 42" Plasma TV for $1,294, a $500 savings over the regular price.
