The musical, The Times They Are A-Changin', based on the music of Bob Dylan, is already a tremendous flop, according to critics and people in the show, and might well lose $10 million. Only in previews, the show has already changed a significant amount of cast, and others are running away fast.

According to a source, the songs have been changed from Dylan's style to make them Broadway versions of Bob Dylan songs, rendering them completely incomprehensible. Prepare for Times to join Carrie as one of the legendary flops in Broadway history.
