Fox News "Needs A Spanking"

Posted October 3, 2006 - By Mike D'Alonzo

Fox News President Roger Ailes thinks that, as the network turns 10, it's gotten too complacent, and it "needs a spanking" to wake itself up and get back in the game. The underlying meaning behind this statement is that the channel has gotten a little soft.

Personally, instead of a "spanking", it might be more appropriate to "take it out behind the shed" and "execute it, Gangland-style" until it gets an idea of the difference between news and opinion. A decade of Fox News is, in my opinion, exactly 10 years too long.
