Young Girls Gone Too Wild

Posted September 13, 2006 - By F M

Girls Gone Wild founder Joe Francis has pleaded guilty to charges that he and his companies failed to create and maintain age and identity documents for performers in the T&A-laden videos he produced and distributed…which pretty much means he’s finally admitting that some of his wild girls may have been underage when they flashed their bobbies on camera.

Francis, Mantra Films Inc. and MRA Holding LLC have agreed to pay the government $2.1 million in fines and restitution, though only $500,000 will be paid by Francis himself.

The charges were filed under Section 2257, a law that was passed by Congress to prevent the sexual exploitation of children. The law protects against the use of minors in the production of sexually explicit material by requiring producers to create and maintain age and identity records for every performer in sexually explicit movies and other media.

I wonder if Buckcherry are shakin’ in their leather boots about now…
