According to the Los Angeles Times, hard rockers Buckcherry, Warner Music Group, and Atlantic Records are being sued for allegedly coercing a 16-year-old girl into making a pornographic rock video when the band advertised for extras on MySpace.
Buckcherry asked fans to come to Hollywood's Key Club last October for a video shoot the ditty "Crazy Bitch." One participant was a minor who was allegedly given alcohol and filmed exposing her breasts, kissing another female and writhing against a pole while the band rocked away.
The video appeared online, where a "behind-the-scenes" clip was also posted that revealed the girl's first name (and more boobies!) and featured band members saying, "It's like watching seven hours of porn."
In a lawsuit filled Thursday, the girl's lawyer claims she suffered severe emotional distress, was taunted and has been forced to switch schools since the clip circulated online.
The band and their labels say they didn’t do anything wrong, and had someone on the set checking IDs at the door. They say the girl filled out release forms with false information. However, once the allegations surfaced, they removed the video from the band’s website.
Well, all I know is this whole story has made me hott!!! And that’s with two “tt”s, baby!
