It shan’t not stop, and it doth not quit…
The never-ending saga of troubled rapper Foxy Brown (a.k.a. Inga Marchand) continued yesterday as the hip hop diva pleaded guilty in a New York court on to assaulting two nail salon stylists over a $20 manicure, but then changed her mind and told the judge she was innocent.
So Brown did indeed pleaded innocent to hitting and kicking the dames in a fight over payment for a manicure Brown said she never received in August 200, but then came back to the Manhattan Criminal Court room shortly thereafter to tell Judge Melissa Jackson that she wanted to change her plea. The judge said she’d have to make a written motion to the court to withdraw her plea, which would be reviewed on October 23.
Best of all, Brown showed up later to her own hearing, blaming her tardiness (not retardiness, mind you) on a hurricane in Jamaica, where she had performed a concert.
