Rocker-turned-director Rob Zombie has hired filmmaker Phil Parmet to film a documentary based on his current tour. Parmet was the director of photography on Zombie’s horror flick The Devil's Rejects.
"The film starts in rehearsals and goes through every day of the next tour,” Zombie says. “Of course we will be looking to film some of the craziest most interesting fans we can find... This film will be released on DVD with a live concert CD in one giant awesome package!"
The trek is in support of his latest album, Educated Horses, which entered the Billboard charts at No. 5 and features Zombie’s latest single "Let It All Bleed Out."
I wonder what the title of the doc will be? A Man Named Horse? Educating Rob? I,Zombie? Incredibly Mixed Up Zombie Rock ‘n’ Roll Beach Party? The list goes on…
