New Games This Week...

This week seems to be a big one for the PS3. After a couple of quiet weeks for all the systems, The Orange Box, Unreal Tournament 3, and Blacksite: Area 51 all make their debuts for the killer Sony system. Universe at War: Earth Assault also premieres this week for the PC. What game do think is going to take the cake this week? Let us know what you think in the comments section below.

Weekly Wrap-Up

The biggest news of the week: Vivendi and Activision merged into one super-publisher: The $18.9 billion dollar deal means Electronic Arts has some serious competition... some are a tad nervous about the effect on their favorite games (like, say, World of Warcraft!) but the company assures gamers that the studios who make the games will keep the same corporate culture they enjoyed before. The exact fallout can't be predicted, but the entire game behind the videogame game just changed forever.
