Dave Navarro Spreads

Posted by Frank Meyer - Saturday, November 03, 2007 12:51 PM

Earlier this year former Jane’s Addiction guitarist and Rock Star TV host Dave Navarro launched a new web TV show on ManiaTV.com called Spread Entertainment. The show is a cross between Playboy After Dark and Tom Green's Internet show, combining celebrity interviews with event coverage and irreverent bits. They have 25 episodes in the can and are considering starting to film in front of an audience.

"It's a lot of fun,” Navarro recently said in an interview. “The good news is I've decided that I don't want to be the guy who approaches people when they're out enjoying themselves. It's not comfortable for me — I hate it when it's done to me. The idea is that if people want to be a part of the evening and they want to come down, it's a live environment, there's cocktails being served, waitresses, music — it's a real loose forum. And as far as being an interviewer, I don't walk in with a list of questions, I don't try and dig up gossip, and I don't try and get in areas people don't want to talk about. It's more of a loose conversation as it flows."

Oh…and Navarro recently directed his first porn movie too, so we know how high he’s setting the bar for his entertainment offerings... (i.e. - not very!).

The Family Guy Strikes Back

Posted by Matthew Bretz - Saturday, November 03, 2007 11:30 AM

This season’s Family Guy episode spoofing Star Wars was such a huge, rip-roaring, TIE-fighting, X-Winging, power converter picking-upping, Death Star-destroying success that the show's creative team is planning on following it up with a The Empire Strikes Back episode.

Actor Mila Kunis, who voices Meg Griffin on the show, and Family Guy creator, Seth MacFarlane, recently confirmed to IESB that a script for the episode is complete and that the episode will happen.

Not much has been revealed about the episode, but all you really need to know is this:

Exclusive 'Eternal Sonata' PS3 Content

Posted by Matthew Bretz - Saturday, November 03, 2007 10:15 AM

For the longest time, TheFeed operated under the false impression that Eternal Sonata was a racing game wherein you play as He-Man and drive around your home planet of Eternia in a sporty, yet affordable, Hyundai Sonata. Then someone told us that it was a Japanese Role Playing Game based on classical composer Frederic Chopin and we immediately lost interest.

It’s clear that some people like the game, however, as it ultimately will see a multiplatform release. While the game has been available for a while on the Xbox 360, it won’t make its way to the PlayStation 3 until sometime next year, but when it does, it will feature content not available in the already released version.
