Well, this is the bitter end. The gloves are off and things have really turned nasty. Those of you out there still hoping for a Brit/K-Fed reunion will have to keep holding your breath long after your circulatory system has ceased delivering oxygen to your brain and your heart has pumped its last. You see, things are finally over. I mean, they are done. It’s official.
Britney Spears has removed K-Fed from her MySpace friends list.
It seems that on Monday morning this week, Britney logged onto MySpace and removed K-Fed from her "Top 12". While this act may seem, to those that are not technologically hip (or have been living under a rock for the last year), to be a nothing more than a blank gesture, everyone here knows that an act as strong as removal from someone’s "Top (multiple of 4)" is the equivalent of a kiss on the cheek from Michael Corleone.
Besides giving K-Fed (and our hopes for the (un)happy couple) the e-kiss of death, Britney also removed two posts she had made on her blog, asking friends and fans to purchase K-Fed’s debut album. With the venom going online, perhaps Britney and K-Fed can take a page from the Travis Barker/Shanna Moakler Divorce Manual.
It really is over.
