In this new trailer for The Lord of the Rings: Conquest, Pandemic offers us a generous helping of actual gameplay footage.  Similar in gameplay style to the Star Wars: Battlefront games of the past, this outing throws us into the legendary theater of J.R.R. Tolkien's fantasy world.

This UK trailer for Sega's new action game Bayonetta, features tons of provocative images and gameplay.  Director Hideki Kamiya, of Devil May Cry fame, helms this project with developer PlatinumGames which is scheduled for a 2009 release on the PS3 and Xbox 360.

You've kept it clean watching the teaser, now watch the full trailer for the brand new Bungie stand-alone expansion, Halo 3: Recon.  The title was kept under wraps begrudgingly by Bungie, but now, the world of Halo fans can get amped for what's ahead. 

You'll take on the role of a UNSC Orbital Drop Shock Trooper who crashes into a hostile period leading up to the events of Halo 3.  The new campaign starts Fall 2009.

Halo 3: Recon TGS Trailer 

Update: Microsoft has confirmed that Halo 3: Recon will be a full retail DVD release and it will not require the previous Halo 3 title to play. No official word yet on whether the title will be offered as a DLC as well.

Shooting straight from Microsoft's Keynote at the Tokyo Game Show, Bungie finally reveals details after months of teasers regarding the new Halo 3 campaign. Titled as Recon, the upcoming addition will be a prequel to the events of Halo 3 where players will unload on some Covenant fiends as a UNSC recon soldier.

This brand new hero set on a "new campaign" is expected to arrive in Fall 2009. Make sure to check back for more updates from this year's Tokyo Game Show.
