Spring Internet World - babesIf you read the news out of this years Spring Internet World, you probably know about Steve Case, Netscape 6.0, and Apples big announcements. But if you missed the keynotes and just roamed the floor as I did, you would have found a lot more. Heres my list of the top 10 other stories (in no particular order) from Spring Internet World 2000.

Celebrity booth babes!
On April 5, a brand new entertainment portal called Celebst.com opened. Did you hear about it? Probably not. If you were at Internet World, there was no way to avoid it-- they had celebrity booth babes! Throughout the show Pamela Anderson, Carmen Electra, Rena Mero (formerly Sable from WWF), Tracy Bingham from Baywatch, and others from Pacific Blue were available for autographs.

Celebst.com currently has a rather limited editorial staff. But its most impressive feature is its video archive. At launch, the site claimed to have more than 1,000 movie trailers and 7,000 music videos.
