I got a chance to talk to some of the models backstage. They were all very sweet and engaging, and what was most interesting to see was their excitement to be a part of the show. The PR agent ushered me to speak with the two most articulate models. [Editor's note: Were they male or female?] Out of a total of twenty models, she found two. Let me note that that was the PR agent's choice of words (two most articulate models). I didn't say it. She was promoting the stereotype that models are not articulate. I'm just reprinting the comment for thousands to read.

My cursory non-scientific interview of four models wearing computers on their heads revealed some surprising similarities to my Dad.

Models and my dad love the Internet.
Models and my Dad love email.
Models and my dad don't know what a PDA is.

But I don't see my dad ever wearing any of these devices on his head. Give him a break. He has a hard enough time keeping his glasses on.
