Street Fury goes to Washington. Big C is in the capitol, where he hits the DC stop of Hot Import Nights, including meeting the local winner of the Miss Hot Import Nights contest. He gets down with the local tuner scene at the Black Smith auto shop and hangs with the DC chapter of the Ruff Ryders.
