Geek Love
Richard Lech and Hollie Jagen started GeekLoveRadio.com last September to help out their friends when it came to their romantic entanglements. And although the proper definition of geek means “a carnival performer that bites the heads of live animals,” GeekLoveRadio.com is open to geeks of all sorts.

GeekLoveRadio.com broadcasts new shows live on Monday nights at 9 p.m. CST.

Help our own staff geek find love by using our Nerd Makeover Machine.

Kevin P.’s First 50: Nano Breaker
Here's Kevin P.'s preview of Nano Breaker's combination of bad AI, crappy soundtrack, and invisible walls:

“From the creator of Castlevania: Lament of Innocence, it's a third-person 3D hack-and-slasher called: Nano Breaker. Right off the bat, let me just say this; any game that starts off with a mother spewing blood onto the face of her crying child is brilliant in my book.

“You'll play as Jake Warren, a cyborg warrior brought to an island overrun with citizens gone monster... thanks to their nano-tech innards, these monsters are immune to bullets... the first 50 minutes of gameplay are spent mowing through hordes of zombie-esque machines.

“If you're a hardcore hack-and-slasher who doesn't mind repetition then go ahead and buy Nano Breaker. But if you're the kind of gamer who goes for depth and variety, don't commit your cash. Overall, I think this is a try it, at best.”

Sarah’s Gems of the Internet

Web Classics
Today, we had a delightful scene of bicyclists engaging in hapless fisticuffs. Unfortunately, between the time we find these web videos and the time we air them, the links change or they’re no long available. Thus, all we can offer is the site where we originally saw them. In this case it’s http://gotorion.com.

Live Calls
Matt from Wrightsville, PA asked Richard and Hollie for some long-distance relationship advice

The duo recommended going beyond email and telephone calls, and staying in touch by hand-writing letters, making special visits on weekends, or sending gifts. “Even if you can’t be there, let them know you’re thinking of them,” Richard said.
