Boot Camp callGenesis in Meherrin, Virginia, wants to know how to change his drive letter in Windows XP.
It's not as simple as right-clicking on the drive in My Computer. Here are the steps.
- Open the control panel.
- Open Administrative Tools.
- Open Computer Management.
- On the left side, open Disk Management.
- On the right side, you'll see a listing of the drives on your computer. Click on the drive you want to modify.
- Now right-click on the same drive. Select Change drive letter and path. Now you can assign a new letter to your drive.
Don't change the letter of the C: drive, because Windows needs to be on the C: drive, and changing the letter can confuse your operating system.

- A viewer wants to know why we only pick first-person shooters for our LAN party. Other Internet games require a greater amount of time than what we can allot. A first-person shooter allows users to have short, complete games with the maximum amount of players.
