G4's American Ninja Challenge is back for a third round. This time, winners are in for an adventure of a lifetime. They will travel to Japan and compete with Kevin and Olivia on the most diabolical obstacle course ever created. But before you pack your bags you need to prove your mettle and earn the right by submitting a video and being chosen by your peers. Do you have what it takes?

Create a video that will show the world why G4 should send you to Japan to compete in a Ninja Warrior competition. Your video needs to demonstrate that you possess the extraordinary physical skills necessary to conquer Ninja Warrior's notoriously difficult obstacles. We're looking for warriors with strength, speed, agility, balance and endurance. Your video also needs to prove you have the on-screen charisma to stand out from the hundreds of other potential Ninja Warrior contestants.

Finally, be creative. There are lots of ways to show us you're camera ready and tough enough to be a Ninja Warrior and we want to see them. So give it your Ninja best and get working on that video. But please, don't do anything that would place you or anyone else in danger.

Check out the "Previous Submissions" videos to the right for inspiration. Levi and the gang have set the bar – now go top it.

  • Make sure your video is well lit - we want to see you
  • Make sure your audio is recording - we want to hear you
  • Tell us why you're the next American Ninja. Why should we send YOU to Japan?
  • Don't use copyrighted video clips or photos unless you have permission from the owner. Videos with unauthorized copyrighted video clips or photos will not be considered.
  • No one under 21 may enter, and please make sure you have permission from anyone you use in your video
  • No profanity, nudity or offensive material (think PG-13 rating).
  • To win the contest, be able to travel to LA and Japan in August or September.
  • MUSIC: You have three choices for music: Songs that you wrote and own, songs that you have permission to use and/or songs that we provide. CLICK HERE to download a .zip file containing music that you may use in your submission video. Videos with unauthorized music will not be considered.
  • VIDEO LENGTH: 5 minutes or less. Seriously.
  • FILE SIZE: There is a 150MB limit on uploads. If you can’t make your video less than 150MB, you’re doing it wrong.
  • Please read the Official Rules for additional requirements and details.
  • Remember, only you are able to assess your own abilities and physical strength. Don’t do anything that you believe will endanger you or anyone else.

G4 will review and rate all videos submitted between July 1st and 11:59pm PT July 31st. On August 7th, we'll post between 10 and 25 of the best videos, which registered G4tv.com users will rate in four categories: Strength, Balance, Speed and Showmanship. The three contestants with the highest average score across these categories will be flown to Japan this fall to compete in Ninja Warrior, and their journey will be featured in an American Ninja Challenge Special later this year that will lead up to all new episodes of Ninja Warrior.
