Game Description:An online-oriented entry in the Metal Gear franchise, following up on the success of the online portion of MGS3 Subsistence on PS2 and MGS Portable Ops on PSP. Metal Gear Online allows up to 16 players to sneak and attack in online combat scenarios. The game uses a new team system called SOKKU, which allows you quickly and easily access info on your allies. Metal Gear Solid Online for PlayStation 3 initially available as part of the Metal Gear Online Starter Pack, a bonus application included with Metal Gear Solid 4. This version of the game allows players to play MGO and download new match-up content. Metal Gear Online is also available on the PlayStation Network for those interested in the online action but who do not have MGS4.
