Reincarnation
Beat the game once and save the data. You can then load a game and you can go to the Sinca Reincarnation Pilgrimage area in Van Haven Waste. Go to your map and go to C3, then talk to a person called The Usher. He'll offer for you to become reincarnated, which will drop your level back down to 35, but you'll retain all your skill points.

Beat the game once and then start a new game in New Game + mode to retain all of your items and experience from the previous playthrough.
