Game Description:Welcome to Swing Away Golf! Choose from seven amusing cartoon golfers and head out to the course. There's a wide variety of games to play: Stroke, Match, 'Skins, Sudden Death, and Longest Drive are just a few of the options available. Courses are set in beautiful locations such as forests, deserts, and coastal bluffs; unlock more locations as you progress through the game. Story Mode will see you through an entire career, both amateur and pro. Plug in some extra controllers and play with up to four people.

    At the main menu, enter code

    Code: push in sequence L2, R2, L2, R2, Up, Right, Down, Left, L1, L2 .

  • Alternate ball (Japanese version)

    Enter code while the swing meter is on screen before hitting the ball. Push Left or Right to alter the ball's shape.

    Code: Push in sequence L2 + R1 + Triangle

  • Alternate sounds

    At the main menu, enter code

    Code: push in sequence L1, R1, L2, R2, L1, R1, L2, R2, L1, R1.

  • All golfers

    Enter the following code.

    Enter the following code.

    Code: While waiting for your turn, Hold X. This will speed up gameplay for both your opponent hitting it, and the time it takes for the shot, significantly. You can also hold X after you shoot to speed up your shot.

  • Left-handed golfers

    Enter the following code.

    Code: First highlight a golfer, after that hold L2 + Select and push X at the character selection screen.

  • Mulligan

    You can use the following trick if you come upon bad circumstances and want to take the shot over. Push Select and quit the game. You will be prompted to save. Answer "Yes" and you should return to the title screen. Load your game and you will be teeing off at the beginning of the hole from which you quit.

  • Stop caddie dialogue

    Push Start(2) to pause and immediately resume the game. This will cut off the caddie's speech and he will not continue his speech after the game resumes.
