Company Description: Vigil Games is an Austin, Texas-based game development outfit. Joe Madureira, David Adams, Marvin Donald and Ryan Stefanelli created the company in 2005 and it was purchased by THQ in 2006. Vigil released its first game, Darksiders, in January 2010. The studio employs more than 120 developers and releases games across multiple platforms and genres. Vigil Games is currently working on Warhammer 40,000: Dark Millennium Online, an MMO based on the tabletop game produced by Games Workshop.
