    Company Description: The Cyberathlete Professional League is a video game sports organization. It was founded in 1997 by Angel Munoz, in order to organize video game competitions. It funded the video game Severity, which would have been developed by Escalation Studios. The game was put on hiatus and eventually cancelled in 2008, and was the only video game funded by the Cyberathlete Professional League.
