Counter-Strike: Global Offensive Review
Counter-Strike set the bar high for the FPS titles that followed it, but is this new version enough to go toe to toe with the new kings of the genre? Find out what's old, what's new, and if Counter-Strike: Global Offensive is worth picking up in our review.

The Last Story Review
A game that both experiments with new ideas and clings steadfastly to others, The Last Story is a mixed bag. Those who don't mind some badly written jRPG tropes will find quite a bit to love in combat, but the game is generally too linear and plodding to earn anything above the praise of "decent."

The Expendables 2 The Video Game Review
Plain and simple, if you liked The Expendables movie, you will like this game; however, a high price tag and design shortfalls should make you think twice about ponying up for this movie tie-in.

Transformers: Fall of Cybertron Review
The neverending war between the heroic Autobots and ruthless Decepticons has devastated Cybertron. With their native planet in ruins, Optimus Prime attempts to lead the last group of Autobots offworld in search of a new place to call home.

Hybrid Review
Hybrid is a brilliant cover-based third-person shooter that relies on flight as your primary means of transportation. The overarching story and fun, quick online matches pull the experience together wonderfully, making it ones of the most unique takes on the genre in years.

Persona 4 Arena Review
Persona 4 Arena presents the uncommon take on the fighting genre by tossing in storytelling elements of a Japanese visual novel and coupling it with astounding gameplay. If you like anime or fighting games, it's a must-buy.
-
Dust: An Elysian Tail Review
Dust: An Elysian Tail is inconsistent, though the good tends to outweigh the bad. Missteps aside, the game is genuinely fun, and at the very least worth a try via demo. If nothing else, Dust offers an intriguing promise of things to come: if Mr. Dodrill could craft a game like this on his own, what could he accomplish with more?

Darksiders 2 Review
The mix of ideas at play in Darksiders 2 could have turned out to be a disaster, but Vigil stitches it all together expertly. From the corrupted idyll of The Forge Lands, to the twilit expanses of The Land of the Dead, to the thin, broken line between Heaven and Hell, Death's grand adventure ranks among the best we've seen or will see in 2012.

Sleeping Dogs Review
Sleeping Dogs pits players as an undercover cop attempting to infiltrate the Sun On Yee Triad in Hong Kong. Using any means necessary, players must bash, shoot, and drive their way to earn the trust of the Triad so that they can bring it down from the inside out. It comes together exceptionally well and makes for one of the most fun open world...

New Super Mario Bros. 2 Review
New Super Mario Bros 2. doesn't do anything to innovate on the classic sidescrolling platformer, but the core gameplay is still strong enough to make navigating the wonderful levels worth your time.
-
Orcs Must Die 2 Review
Orcs Must Die! 2 follows the tried and true formula created by developer Robot Entertainment in the first Orcs Must Die iteration: gruesome traps plus hundreds of orcs mixed with a dash of brutality and a pinch of magic equals one fantastic arcade game. Orcs Must Die! 2 expands on the original idea with multiplayer and a completely redesigned...

Spelunky Review
Spelunky is a brilliant 2D cavern explorer that reminds us of the old days of gaming, where one foul move spelled the end of that run and the complete restart of the game that you had worked so hard on. It isn't for everyone though, the difficulty can be infuriatingly hard and means that some players won't ever make it to the later levels.

Deadlight Review
Deadlight is the first game by Madrid-based Tequlia Works and is their 2.5-D take on the zombie apocalypse. The studio has crafted a detailed mid-1980's Seattle, delivering a side-scrolling trek that is a bit on the easy side and would have benefitted with more challenging puzzles.

Whether or not you're a fan of Nintendo's latest handheld console, if you love Kingdom Hearts, this is a must-have title that's filled with fantastic gameplay, an intriguing story, and beautiful visuals.
