Van and Deaq try to capture a violent, handsome psychopath, Julian (Sam Ball), whose killing spree doesn't seem to make any sense. Their problems are compounded by reluctant witnesses and the meddling of uniformed cops. As time passes -- and the body count rises -- Van and Deaq cope with the frustration of a case that may be too bizarre even for them.
