Billie arranges for Van and Deaq to work with Shane (John Aasher), a gang member whom they have just apprehended. To avoid going to prison on drug charges, Shane must help Van and Deaq infiltrate a Mexican gang by posing as drug suppliers. The gang's leader, Trey Stone (Eric Mabius), is not impressed by Shane, so Van and Deaq gain Trey's confidence by fighting a rival gang. But Shane proves less than trustworthy, and the consequences could be deadly.
