Sure, we could say there are things in the gaming world other than E3 worth talking about this week, but then we'd be lying to you. And, honestly, we don't want to jeopardize our friendship like that. You mean something to us, and especially to The Sess.

That's why he's spending this week's Sessler's Soapbox talking more about the upcoming E3 and the incredible lineup of games that is going to be present at gaming's biggest event of the year.

What do you think about the games we're expecting to see? Is there one that you want to see above all others? Check out the video and let us know what you think or share your thoughts on our forums.

ok i know i sound like a complete and total noob right now, but i keep hearing about this spore thing and im wondering wtf is this game everyone keeps talking about? i know you can like create creatures and stuff, but what else is there to the game??? anyway, sorry for being off subject but i saw someone posting that they were looking forward to spore and it sounds interesting but i know nothing about it, perhaps thats my own fault... anyway someone please explain to me what this game is?

again i apologize for the noobish quality of my question

He only mentioned Too Human practically every day on Xplay for the past 2 months. I think he assumed that we knew he was excited for it and that it would be covered in the E3 coverage.

Why does Adam Sessler not care about Banjo Kazooie, but he does care about lame crap like Fallout 3 and Infamous?

Oh well. Not everybody can have the same interests as me...

Good list but I think everybody has its own like there are some game I did'nt see in the lists and I really did want to see them in that list, but it's not a problem. We know that every gamer will find their game in E3 so let's be ready for monday

I am looking forward to Resistance 2, Gears 2, LittleBigPlanet, Killzone 2, Dead Space, and um... pretty much everything else.

How could you possibly fail on Dream Police? The easiest song in the game, even on expert!

I guess playing without sound can be tough, however.

Far Cry 2 in Africa? Oh no, watch out for the people desperately searching for racism in the game (a la RE5).

The 1st person shooters that he just mentioned got my attention especially (Far Cry 2) and if you are a fan of the previous installments that came out for the original XBOX,BROKEBOX 360,and the PC then you definitely understand why i can't wait to play this sequel,you feel me?

I'm excited for e3 every year and this year should be another OUTSTANDING GAMING YEAR. I'm pumped for GEARS OF WAR 2. I only got a PS3 so i could play MGS4, but having done that i'm thinking about playing the 1st Resistence game. I'm REALLY looking forward to LITTLE BIG PLANET, this game just feels like Katimari in that it just looks like a lot of fun to play. I wish SPORE would be released on Consoles. I have zero interest in Fable 2 or Fry Cry. Mirror's Edge, Infamous, and Deadspace all look very Interesting an have me curious. I'm a fan of the FEAR games so i'm looking forward to PROJECT ORIGIN, MERCENARIES 2, STARS WARS force unleashed, Guitar Hero 4, ROCK BAND 2. and so much more, E3 will ROCK!

Glad you're feeling better this week. I hate it when I get sick right before and or during a highly anticipated fun time like a vacation or what not.

That being said, I noticed a clear absence of any Nintendo games being mentioned. I hope that they fall under the category of "can't talk about right now" and not, "won't be talking about ever".... Though now I can actually get into getting excited about PS3 games and possibly 360 games, due to da boi having them thus finally giving me access to those system, I still want to be excited about Nintendo's offerings.

I can't wait for the new games to come out. Even gears 2. I hated the last boss on the first one, but I love the overall concept (Mad world). real noice. Resistance 2 is looking great too. Ah crap what am I saying? It all looks great.

I REALLY want to see what Dead Space is like. I want to see these demos and THEN if its good I will definetly buy it. It looks so interesting!

I'm reaaally excited for Little Big Planet. It looks like so much fun and a very different sort of game.

I hope to see a new starfox game from nintendo.
Does anyone know if they'll be covering any Sonic games this year?

E3 will be awesome!

Nintendo will have another workout equipment to show us all. THE WIILIFTING will probably be the name of the product. You'll be able to lift weight and see how well you've done on the wii, also there will be a virtual spotter. As far as 360, i wanna see how games like too human and fable 2 are doing so far, i already know gears will be good. As fas as ps3, i wanna see everything from sony, from home, lil big planet, killzone, resistance, socom, gt5, tekken6, god of war3, just to name a few.

I wanna see me some Resistance 2, Killzone 2, LBP, Infamous. Heck, any ps3 games, there are a lot of good ones comin out.

I also wanna see me some Gears 2 and Fable 2, I'm pretty excited about those games as well, Fable 2 a little moreso.

And like fanboy07 said, I wanna hear what Nintendo has up their sleeve. I could go for some new animal crossing and star fox!

i cant wait for E3!! whoo!! i cant wait for Nintendo i wonder what they will show or tell us!! i hoping for a new star fox, animal crossing, kid icarus, and maybe Nintendo might say something about the new DS idk will have to see. theres alot to talk about when it comes to E3 and Nintendo they could announce anything!!

You realise that if Little Big Planet turns out to be as big a disappointment as Lair was, Adam and Morgan may spontaneously combust. Which would be good for ratings, but to paraphrase Daffy Duck "they can only do it once". :)

I can't wait for monday, its going to ROCK! side note, the guy in the background failed dream machine...twice, on hard. Why is it that noone at xplay is good at guitar hero?? In probably every demo they've shown, they're playing it on a low difficulty and failing at it. Now I'm not the best at guitar hero, but I'm better then who ever plays during the demos
Fable 2: Awesome
Fallout 3: Awesome
LBP: Awesome
Spore: SUPREMELY AWESOME
and some others I can't think of

Myself and those that post on your fan thread care! I'm so happy to hear you're feeling better! Just don't throw your back out like you did E3 a couple of years ago ok?

I don't know I have a bad taste in my mouth from the Wii version of Far Cry ugh that game was awful. It's funny though G4 is showing old E3's and all of them say it's going to be the best E3 ever... Haven't heard much about Infamous can't wait to see more of it! Same with Mirror's Edge.
