I haven't played much of either series but Street Fighter gets my vote since it's more widely recognized and I remember enjoying the anime series of it.

It seems the readers for this deathmatch are unable to understand the difference between a game and a franchise. I have mentioned this in many of the matches. Street Fighter might not be the monster name it was, and probably is not a game as deep as Elder Scrolls. But it certainly is a better franchise. You stamp a Ken in a t-shirt and you get to sell tons of them. "Shouryuken" is know of the most recognizable voice sounds from any game. SF has an anime, has had a million different versions and the name remains strong. So yeah, probably any SF game is not as good a game as Elder Scrolls, but I am sure any video game designer would give their right hand to create such an incredible successful franchise.

You cant play elder scrolls with a friend and it's really boring to watch. But you suck at street fighter and you can play a single player game on easy glad to see that the gaming community can't appreciate classics and all of you elder scrolls fanboys Skyrim doesnt come out for months so it's not part of this so stop talking about it.

I played both games a lot and my vote goes for Elder Scroll because its much more complex
If you want you could do the same stuff as SF in TES ,like trowing a fire ball or K.O. an opponent ,but you can't do most thing of TES in SF !

Some people are frustrated about the choices between the franchises. The key word is franchise, not game. Then, it's personal preference. It does not matter if a fighter is pitted against an RPG. In almost every round, I have liked both franchises. That is where the dilema rests. Does the gammer like one or the other more?
