Just like Jak and Daxter, you probably wish sometimes that you had a sidekick when it came to figuring out the really tough parts of gaming. Never fear--that's what we're here for.


Shortcuts
Green and Yellow Eco Cups: Kras City - When you reach the fork in the road a little after the starting gate, go left. Then take the first sharp turn and power slide onto the ramp to the right.

Blue and Red Eco Cups:  Ice Land Citadel – The shortcut comes up quickly from the starting gate, so pay attention. Look for the fallen columns to the left then drive under them. Boost over the cavern and make an immediate sharp turn to the right.


Unlockable Characters

Daxter - Play for 5 hours and acquire him in the secrets shop for 50,000 orbs.

G.T. Blitz - Complete the game.

Kaeden - Connect the Daxter PSP game to Jak X: Combat Racing after completing the Daxter game.

Keira - Complete the game.

Kleiver - Complete Beachfront Drive Circuit Race.

Osmo - Connect the Daxter PSP game to Jak X: Combat Racing.

Pecker - Play for 10 hours and acquire him in the secrets shop for 60,000 orbs.

Rayn - Complete the Blue Eco Cup Grand Prix.

Razer - Compete Northern Your Circuit Race.

Sig - Complete Spargus City Death Race.

Taryn - Connect the Daxter PSP game to Jak X: Combat Racing after completing the Daxter game.

UR-86 - Complete Kras City Qualifier.

Ximon - Connect the Daxter PSP game to Jak X: Combat Racing.


Secret Characters

Go to the Secrets Shop and scan for secret characters.

Jak One: Must have a save file from Jak and Daxter: The Precursor Legacy on the memory card.

Jak II: Must have a save file from Jak II on the memory card.

Jak 3: Must have a save file from Jak 3 on the memory card.

Ratchet: Must have a save file from Ratchet: Deadlocked on the memory card.


Unlockable Cars

Daxtermobile: Connect the PSP game, Daxter to the Jak X: Combat Racing via a USB cable.  You’ll unlock the Daxtermobile in Jak X: Combat Racing and other goodies for the Daxter PSP game.
