This guy felt he needed to get a tattoo in order to be taken seriously, but he just couldn't decide what kind.

After hours of deliberation and the threat of being thrown out of the parlor looming over his head, he just went the generic route in hopes that his ambivalence will be seen as some kind of hip irony.
