I'm not sure if it's Russian tradition on the way to a wedding to park in the middle of a semi-busy street and just hang out for no other reason than to obstruct traffic, but dammit, these people were looking to make it a tradition.
...That was, until a genius who must have left his "crowd-of-people-in-the-middle-of-the-road-seeing glasses" at home came along and decided to overtake a vehicle, causing him to plow right into the impromptu party.
Thankfully, no one appeared to be hurt and they can go right back to blocking the road.
